How TEC G8 supports you

Your outcome
You receive an agreed project plan, regular status reports and decision papers, plus documented acceptance and handover. Remaining issues have named owners and deadlines.
Launch, take over or complete
Set up an ERP project, take over a stalled reporting initiative or lead an automation project through rollout. We start from your current project stage. Project leadership can also be commissioned independently of technical implementation by TEC G8.
Scope and collaboration
We agree scope, availability and decision rights. Your sponsor approves priorities and key decisions; internal specialists contribute to requirements and acceptance. Additional technical resources and support after closure are agreed separately.
